Aaron Eichenberg

Prior to joining NorthStar Commercial, Aaron worked at a Chicago based investment management firm where he worked as a Junior Portfolio Manager. In this role he was responsible for handling all aspects of fund operations, including providing market and investment data and analysis for portfolio management decisions. In addition, he was also instrumental in raising investment capital for the Company’s three funds. With this experience, Aaron has built a solid analytical and financial background to help you with all of your commercial real estate decisions and needs.

Aaron is a graduate of Central Michigan University, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

Adam Vranian

Prior to joining NorthStar Commercial, Adam worked for the Gilmore Collection, a Grand Rapids based restaurant and hospitality company, where he served in various sales and customer service positions for over ten years. He excelled in providing a exceptional customer experience for Gilmore customers. Prior to working for the Gilmore Collection, he served as District Service Manager for Domestic Uniform, a linen and uniform supply company supervising operations in 12 countries. Adam is a graduate of Grand Valley State University, and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He has strong analytical and financial skills. Adam was raised in West Michigan and currently lives in Rockford with his wife Rhiannon, and their three children.

Lars Anderson

Lars Anderson is a seasoned commercial real estate executive who has distinguished himself as a retail shopping center specialist over the past 25 years. He has established a track record of consistency and performance in virtually every facet of commercial real estate leasing and project development.

Lars began his commercial real estate career with Horizon Group, a Kerr Real Estate affiliate in 1985. He has since held increasingly responsible positions at Equity Properties, General Growth Properties and Schostak Brothers & Company.

Lars’ experience includes acting at New Project Development Manager with overall responsibility for the development and oversight of all lease activity for several Midwest mall projects. He has successfully managed as many as 5 developments concurrently having negotiated and closed hundreds of leasing transactions totaling more than 3 million sq ft throughout his career.

As a specialist in regional mall and big box retail, Lars has established and developed important relationships with dozens of key tenants ranging from retail giants JC Penny, Kohl’s, Target and Wal- Mart to nationally recognized restaurant chains such as Taco Bell and Ruby Tuesday.

Trisha has worked in commercial real estate for the past 14 years, she serves as the executive assistant to the advisors in the Grand Rapids office assisting with listing procedures, marketing, property management, client contact, plus everyday office related procedures.

Trisha graduated from college in England with a degree in Business Administration.
